We are a cottage bakery which means (We bake fromhome).At Turru's Bake House we do our best to avoid cross contamination... however, we share all our equipment and utensils to bake our products.

Please note that in our production area we process wheat, nuts, eggs and dairy, so we are not an allergen free environment.

We use high quality ingredients  without preservatives and as fresh as possible to be able to offer you the best products. Ingredients not listed in specific order:

Butter, vegetable shortening, brown sugar, refined sugar, eggs, wheat flour, cocoa powder, different type of  spices,  Belgium chocolate, nuts, essences, leavening powders, dairy, dehydrated fruits, and some candies for topping and visualization, salt.

Unfortunately... at this time we are not able to offer vegan or gluten free products.

At the moment  we don't have a store front; We are an online store. In our online store you can place your order for  shipping or pick up. For pick up  orders a minimum of 48 hours is required to get them ready. We are located in Central Florida, in the Haines city area.

We have a minimum order of four cookies or $25 minimum order. We bake as the orders are made and our product requires a significant amount of time and investment, that way we can maximize the efficiency of the process and guarantee we have the supplies and resources to fulfill the orders.

We ship nationwide throughout USA & Puerto Rico. We Ship every Monday and Tuesday. By placing an order,I understand that the shipment of all weekly menu orders  will be processed on Friday and will take 3-4 business days to be shipped on Monday and Tuesday by the shipping company.

Products are subject to seasons and availability. We can't guarantee and specific product will be available every week in our menu.
